SALES REPRESENTATIVE - Downtown

Description

Diesel engine parts distributor seeks a Sales Representative in Cascavel (Downtown). **Responsibilities:** Proactively contact clients in your portfolio to assess their need for new purchases. Provide customer service, negotiate pricing, delivery terms, payment conditions, and sales discounts. Advise customers on product and/or service specifications. Maintain weekly contact with all clients in your portfolio to assess their need for new purchases. Achieve the monthly sales target set by your manager. Promote Leão's sales campaigns, promotions, and information to your current and prospective customers. Understand each client's situation and primary business activities—including their industry segment—to ensure accurate and targeted offerings. (Example: Offer injection system products to fuel injection specialists and turbocharger repair products to turbocharger technicians.) Negotiate quotations to maximize selling price while meeting diverse customer requirements. Track customer orders from confirmation through delivery. Monitor the financial commitments of your clients with Leão. Conduct preliminary handling of potential warranty claims. Always verify that all warranty requirements have been met (e.g., whether the product was installed correctly and whether the warranty period remains valid). Record all customer interactions in the CRM module of the system. Log all product shortages in the system via the Lost Sale module, specifying the reason for the loss. Prospect new customers for the company. Remain consistently proactive in seeking new clients—through web research, conversations with existing clients, site visits, and other means. Position is based in Cascavel / PR. Previous experience as a Sales Representative, Sales Consultant, Sales Promoter, or Sales Assistant may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. High school diploma required.
