Job Summary: The Relationship Manager will serve as the fundamental link between cooperative members and the cooperative, ensuring member satisfaction, growth of the membership base, and financial sustainability. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with cooperative members 2. Manage portfolio and prospect new cooperative members 3. Promote financial products and achieve performance targets **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break **Experience Level:** Not Informed **Employment Type:** Tenured \- CLT labor code The Relationship Manager will serve as the fundamental link between cooperative members and the cooperative. Their role is essential to ensure member satisfaction, growth of the cooperative membership base, and the cooperative's financial sustainability. Responsibilities: * Develop and maintain strong relationships with cooperative members, acting as their primary contact point and facilitator of financial solutions. * Manage a portfolio of cooperative members, conducting continuous follow-up and prospecting for new members while identifying opportunities to improve their financial conditions. * Develop strategies to maximize member retention and promote expansion of their participation in the cooperative's products and services. * Promote and sell financial products and services, offering customized solutions tailored to members' needs. * Work toward sales and performance targets, focusing on growing the membership base and diversifying the range of products used by members. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related fields. * CPA\-10 certification (mandatory for this position). * Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to interact directly with cooperative members. * Aptitude for collaborative work, especially when interfacing with various departments within the cooperative. * Ability to identify business opportunities and propose appropriate solutions for cooperative members. * Knowledge of banking products and services, and experience managing customer/cooperative member portfolios. **Benefits:** Anniversary bonus, Medical insurance, Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Performance bonus, Birthday day off, Profit sharing, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Food allowance, Wellhub (wellness platform)
