Job Summary: Lead and develop the production team, plan, monitor, and control production activities, ensuring compliance with quality and safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and quality standards **Key Responsibilities** * Lead and develop the production team; * Plan, monitor, and control production to ensure adherence to production plans and work orders; * Monitor performance indicators and prepare management reports; * Implement continuous improvements to optimize production processes; * Manage the team's daily routines; * Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), quality standards, and safety regulations; * Address production issues to enhance operational efficiency. **Requirements** * Completed high school education; * Experience as a Production Supervisor; * Knowledge of Production Planning and Control (PPC); * Experience issuing and tracking production orders; * Familiarity with Lean methodologies and continuous improvement; * Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP); * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and team leadership. **Preferred Qualifications** * Technical or undergraduate degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Management Processes, or related fields; * Experience in animal nutrition, food, pharmaceutical, or supplement industries; * Knowledge of production performance indicators. **Work Location** CIC – Curitiba/PR **Benefits** * On-site cafeteria (unlimited meals); * Meal allowance of **R$ 500.00**; * Health insurance; * Pharmacy benefits. **Working Hours** * **Monday to Thursday:** 7:35 AM to 6:25 PM; * **Friday:** 7:30 AM to 12:30 PM (afternoon off!).
