Job Summary: BI Analyst responsible for developing dashboards, interactive reports, and data modeling, ensuring quality and consistency for business analytics. Key Highlights: 1. Support in report interpretation and performance optimization **Responsibilities** * Develop dashboards and interactive reports in Power BI. * Collect, process, and integrate data from internal and external sources. * Model data efficiently and scalably for business analytics. * Create metrics and KPIs using DAX and Power Query. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and timeliness. * Support users in interpreting reports and using analytical tools. * Identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement in reporting. * Document business rules, solutions, and data flows. * Gather analytical requirements from business areas. * Monitor report performance and propose optimizations. **Requirements** * Experience with Power BI for dashboard and report development. * Knowledge of data modeling and performance indicators. * Proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and data transformation. * Ability to translate business needs into analytical solutions. * Advanced Excel and knowledge of SQL and the Microsoft ecosystem. * Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences. * Organized, detail-oriented, and focused on data quality. * Bachelor's degree in Technology, Statistics, Administration, or related fields. **Conditions** * Employment type: PJ \| On-site * Location: Bela Vista – São Paulo (SP) * Benefit: Meal allowance (R$ 32/day) * Remuneration: To be negotiated (please submit salary expectation) Payment: R$3\.000,00 \- R$8\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance Work location: On-site
