Focus on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction **Professional Profile** **Formal Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree. **Experience:** 1 to 2 years. **Initiative/Complexity/Creativity:** Tasks are more varied and moderately complex; guided by general instructions, requiring the incumbent to exercise initiative in selecting the most appropriate processes for decision-making; supervision is occasional. **Responsibility for Assets:** Responsible for assets with a higher likelihood of loss or damage. **Responsibility for Contacts:** The position involves regular contact aimed at exchanging information. **Responsibility for Errors:** Work requires reasonable attention and accuracy; errors may occur but can be identified through checks, verifications, and comparisons, resulting in rework and service delays. Undetected errors may cause financial losses and/or harm the company’s reputation. **Responsibility for Supervision:** Characterized by assigning tasks within the department and providing detailed, task-level instructions. Microsoft Office Suite “Excel”: Intermediate. **Mandatory Training:** Onboarding Training **Job Objective:** Perform PCP operations, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and control in operations, delivering high service quality performance while complying with internal standards, thereby effectively contributing to the company’s results. **Key Challenges:** Ensure integrity and accuracy of routined documents so that stored loads are dispatched correctly, guaranteeing satisfaction of internal and external customers. Ensure load scheduling according to demand and warehouse capacity. Ensure team development, high performance, and productivity to achieve the company’s targeted results. **Main Job Responsibilities:** Receive daily customer dispatch schedules; Perform freight simulations using provided tools; Plan the distribution of invoices according to predefined parameters; Ensure label issuance for all scheduled loads; Collaborate with CRM, Transportation, and Warehouse departments to improve routing processes; Continuously improve existing processes to increase productivity, agility, team accuracy in executing tasks, and satisfactory internal and external customer service; Ensure accurate processing and validation of customer documents for load release; Generate assumptions related to storage and transportation charges “where applicable”; Deliver quality customer service aligned with company standards; Perform related duties as requested by the immediate supervisor. Monitor, verify, and adjust PCP department processes in accordance with the quality management system, creating and updating process ITs.
