Benefits include on-site meals, pharmacy benefits, and meal vouchers. **Responsibilities:** * Full payroll processing, including onboarding, offboarding, vacation, and the 13th salary. * Calculation and verification of social charges (INSS, FGTS, IRRF). * Calculation of overtime, night shift allowance, hazardous duty allowance, insalubrity allowance, etc. * Maintenance and updating of the payroll system. * Employee support to address inquiries. * Preparation of management and control reports. * Ensuring compliance with current labor legislation. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in accounting firms is highly desirable. * Advanced knowledge of labor legislation. * Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields. * Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems. * Attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. **Benefits:** * On-site meals. * Pharmacy benefits. * Meal vouchers. * Collaborative and challenging work environment.
