We seek an Operations Manager to lead and optimize the company’s entire operation, ensuring high performance, process control, and sustainable growth. Location: On-site – Mirassol/SP Employment Type: CLT ? Key Responsibilities: * Manage the company’s logistics and administrative operations (warehousing, order fulfillment, transportation, and after-sales) * Ensure adherence to operational deadlines and SLAs * Lead and develop operational teams, fostering a results-oriented culture and execution discipline * Structure, review, and standardize processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and implement action plans * Manage logistics providers, logistics partners, and suppliers * Control operational costs and pursue continuous optimization * Integrate logistics, customer service, sales, and finance departments * Resolve critical operational issues promptly and effectively ? Requirements: * Proven experience in operations management, preferably in e-commerce or logistics * Experience managing teams and leading groups * Strong analytical mindset and results orientation * Experience managing KPIs and improving processes * Knowledge of logistics operations and supply chain management * Advanced Excel proficiency * Residency in the Mirassol region ? Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, etc.) * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Bling) and integration hubs * Experience in high-volume operations and multiple distribution centers (DCs) * Experience in operational scaling projects ?
