Job Summary: Rocha Condominium Management is hiring an Operations Manager to manage and coordinate operational and maintenance activities in condominiums. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination of services and maintenance supervision 2. Responsible for budgeting and material procurement 3. Periodic inspections and minor repairs Rocha Condominium Management is hiring: Operations Manager Responsibilities: Respond to e-mails; 2\. Schedule mandatory maintenance; 3\. Supervise maintenance and construction work on lots; 4\. Budgeting and material procurement; 5\. Minor repairs in condominiums; 6\. Periodic inspections in the condominium; 7\. Water meter reading; 8\. Responsible for coordinating third-party services in the condominium. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:12 AM–12:00 PM and 1:00 PM–6:00 PM – 44 hours per week. Education: Preferably pursuing a bachelor's degree, but completion of high school is acceptable. Required Skills: Microsoft Office Suite / Intermediate Excel proficiency is essential. Note: Experience in minor repairs is required. Gross Salary: R$ 3.400,00 Transportation: Transportation allowance Meals: Meal card – R$ 45.00 per day Residence: Must reside in Esteio, Sapucaia do Sul, Canoas, or Cachoeirinha – or neighborhoods near Esteio.
