Job Summary: Responsible for assembling and disassembling items, ensuring compliance with regulations, standards, and good manufacturing practices, while maintaining workplace hygiene and organization. Focus on quality and food safety. ****TEMPORARY POSITION WITH POTENTIAL FOR PERMANENT HIRING**** **Responsibilities:** * Perform the assembly process and ensure compliance with client and Newrest standards and regulations. * Ensure flight identification includes corresponding labels. * Perform disassembly and assembly of beverages according to the diagram provided by the client. * Comply with HACCP system guidelines and applicable good manufacturing practices for the storage process. * Report any non-conformities or anomalies related to client-owned items to the immediate supervisor so corrective actions can be taken. * Perform cleaning of containers and maintain pre-established requirements for storage and identification. Maintain order and cleanliness in areas designated for each airline. * Adhere responsibly to the company's quality management and safety system policies, food safety, occupational safety and hygiene, and environmental policies within one's specific area. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Basic knowledge of general cleaning; * Agility.
