We are looking for an **Operational Manager** to directly manage the restaurant, ensuring smooth operational performance and team development. **Compensation:** R$ 2.122,00 + 40% function allowance **Benefits:** ✔ On-site meals ✔ Service charge participation (10%) **Main Responsibilities:** * Team management (dining area, kitchen, and administrative staff) * Hiring, feedback delivery, and performance evaluations * Scheduling shifts and managing time off * Daily operational involvement (cashier duties, customer service, team support) * Ensuring smooth operational performance **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Prior experience in this role * Leadership-oriented profile with focus on engagement * Proactivity, agility, and strong sense of responsibility * Problem-solving orientation * Availability to work evenings and weekends * Experience with restaurant operational routines **Education (Preferred):** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields If you lead by example, bring energy to operations, and want to be part of a dynamic environment, we’d love to meet you.
