If you have experience managing teams, passion for people, and expertise in talent acquisition, this opportunity may be right for you! **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily operational activities of the company/unit. * Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and propose continuous improvements. * Supervise operational teams, assign tasks, and track outcomes. * Ensure compliance with internal standards, procedures, and safety policies. * Manage deadlines, productivity, quality, and operational costs. * Prepare managerial reports and present results to leadership. * Identify bottlenecks and implement corrective and preventive actions. * Support team training, development, and evaluation processes. * Integrate departments such as logistics, customer service, production, maintenance, or administration, depending on the company’s segment. * Ensure achievement of operational targets and service-level agreements. **Requirements** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Prior experience in operational management and team leadership. * Knowledge of process control and performance metrics. * Intermediate/advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical capacity. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Familiarity with the HK system; * Experience in service-providing or outsourcing companies. **We value diversity!** RS Serviços believes in the power of inclusion and is committed to fostering a diverse and welcoming workplace.
