Job Summary: Occupational Nursing Coordinator to promote corporate health and safety, manage teams and processes with a focus on operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. Leadership and coordination of nursing and administrative teams 2. Management of health and safety programs, occupational medical examinations, and Regulatory Standards (NRs) 3. Development and monitoring of health promotion programs Occupational nursing promotes health and safety in the corporate environment. Responsibilities include managing occupational medical examinations (pre-employment and termination), outpatient consultations, controlling medical certificates and leave requests, as well as supporting accident and occupational disease prevention programs. We seek a professional with leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage processes, teams, and customer service with a focus on operational excellence. Coordinate the clinic’s nursing and administrative team; Conduct occupational health and safety training (SIPAT, first aid, ergonomics, etc.); Plan and monitor occupational medical examinations according to PCMSO; Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs); Develop and monitor health promotion programs; Serve as the technical support point for clients and partners. Daily problem resolution; Implement improvements in internal processes and workflows; Act as the liaison between the clinic, client companies, and the medical team. Prior experience in clinic coordination or supervision is a plus. Nursing degree with specialization in Occupational Nursing; Active COREN registration; Experience in team coordination; Background in occupational health; Strong communication skills, proactivity, and organizational sense.
