We are seeking an organized, analytical, and strategically minded professional to work in the Procurement, Facilities, and Logistics area, directly supporting the planning and execution of our events. **Work location:** Studio Brasil Eventos – Serra/ES **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM **Main responsibilities:** * Support logistical planning for events, considering feasibility and costs * Monitor fleet maintenance * Plan and analyze procurement and supply demands per project * Conduct quotations and support negotiations with suppliers * Track purchase orders, contracts, deadlines, and budget * Support facilities management (warehouse, equipment, services, maintenance) * Analyze costs and propose improvements and reductions * Provide strategic support to operational areas **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields) * Experience in procurement, purchasing, logistics, or facilities management * Knowledge of cost analysis and contract management * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and analytical mindset **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of BRL 25.00 per day * Commuter pass **or** fuel allowance (no payroll deduction) * Health insurance plan (no payroll deduction) * SESC membership agreement **Interested?** Send your resume indicating your salary expectation to the email rh@studiobrasil.com.br Compensation: BRL 3,000.00 – BRL 3,200.00 per month Selection question(s): * What is your salary expectation?
