Job Summary: We are seeking a strategic HR Manager to develop our culture and team, managing all HR subsystems and acting as a strategic partner to leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Therefore, we seek an HR Manager to act strategically, overseeing all HR subsystems and directly contributing to the development of our culture and team. **Requirements** Bachelor's degree in HR Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields. Solid experience in generalist Human Resources with strategic involvement across various subsystems. Experience leading HR projects or teams. Knowledge of HR metrics, performance evaluation methodologies, and organizational climate assessments. **Responsibilities** Manage and structure all HR subsystems: Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Performance Evaluation, Climate Management, Positions & Salaries, and Personnel Department (where applicable). Implement and monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, performance, engagement, etc.). Map internal needs and propose continuous improvements to people management processes and policies. Act as a strategic partner to leadership, supporting team and leadership development. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and internal company policies. Lead talent attraction, retention, and development programs. Implement organizational culture and employer branding initiatives.
