Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Supervisor to lead Recruitment and Selection, Internal Communication, Endomarketing, Training & Development (T&D), and provide consultative support to leadership. Key Highlights: 1. Strategic involvement in Recruitment and Selection from start to finish. 2. Development and execution of Internal Communication and Employer Branding initiatives. 3. Training planning and development of capacity-building programs. Flora Agronegócio stands out in grain and seed production and improvement, livestock farming, and electricity generation in Goiás and Mato Grosso. With over three decades of history, this family-owned company employs approximately 250 people across four strategic regions in Brazil: Rio Verde (GO), Barra do Garças (MT), Lucas do Rio Verde (MT), and São Paulo (SP). We are looking for an **HR Supervisor** for our unit in **São Paulo \| SP**. **Responsibilities \| Activities:** * Lead end-to-end Recruitment and Selection processes, including profile alignment, talent attraction, interviews, technical assessments, and monitoring of departmental KPIs * Develop and execute Internal Communication, Endomarketing, and Employer Branding initiatives, managing the company’s official channels and strengthening organizational culture * Plan and coordinate corporate events, onboarding programs, institutional campaigns, recognition initiatives, and corporate communication projects * Identify training needs, develop the Annual T\&D Plan, design capacity-building programs, and monitor training effectiveness KPIs * Develop strategic HR KPIs, prepare executive presentations, support corporate projects, and propose continuous improvements to HR processes * Provide consultative support to leadership on decisions related to talent attraction, development, and engagement **Technical Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or related fields * Postgraduate degree in People Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related areas is desirable * Solid experience in Recruitment and Selection, Internal Communication, Endomarketing, and Training & Development * Experience leading HR projects, managing corporate events, and tracking strategic KPIs * Experience in the Agribusiness sector is a plus **Behavioral Requirements:** * Strategic mindset and ability to act consultatively with leadership * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Organization, planning, priority management, sense of urgency, proactivity, and results orientation * Analytical ability, creativity, and innovation * Emotional intelligence and interpersonal relationship skills * Discretion, confidentiality, and commitment to the company’s culture and values We look forward to meeting you and welcoming your talent to our team!
