We are seeking an HR Analyst to work in Lençóis Paulista/SP! If you believe that **caring for people** also means **excellence in processes, accuracy in numbers, and quality of information**, this opportunity is for you to grow and make a difference with us. **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for ensuring excellence in Human Resources Department routines, managing and verifying **working hours, payroll events, and leave records**, ensuring process compliance and fulfillment of legal obligations. Will conduct **payroll processing, employee onboarding, vacation administration, and contract terminations**, administer **benefits**, and maintain the integrity of employee registration data in the system.
