At Thomriss, we are a global reference in cosmetic packaging and own Latin America’s most modern metallization facility. We are seeking an HR Analyst to work in Lençóis Paulista/SP! **Responsibilities and Duties**
Responsible for ensuring excellence in Human Resources Department routines, managing and verifying **working hours, payroll events, and leave records**, ensuring process compliance and fulfillment of legal obligations. Will conduct **payroll processing, employee onboarding, vacation administration, and contract terminations**, administer **benefits**, and maintain the integrity of employee registration data in the system. Also **support data and report generation, contributing to decision-making and operational efficiency within the HR Department.**
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
* Prior experience in Human Resources Department;
* Knowledge of labor legislation and payroll routines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Familiarity with Protheus system;
* Experience with HR metrics.
