Growth opportunity at Skyfit OPEN POSITION – ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGER | SKYFIT Skyfit is looking for a committed, organized professional with leadership qualities to serve as an Administrative Manager. We seek someone with prior experience in team and administrative process management, capable of ensuring smooth unit operations and contributing to the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities \* Financial Management Supervise cash flow; Manage accounts payable and receivable; Monitor revenue and financial indicators; Control unit budget and expenses. \* People Management Participate in recruitment and selection processes; Develop and supervise the team; Conduct performance evaluations; Foster a productive and collaborative work environment. \* Process Management Implement and monitor administrative processes; Ensure operational efficiency and service quality; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement. \* Customer Management Supervise front desk and student service; Ensure excellence in customer experience; Handle problem resolution and requests. Requirements ✅ Prior experience in administrative management, coordination, or managerial roles (preferably in gyms, retail, or service-oriented companies); ✅ Knowledge of administration, finance, and people management; ✅ Leadership skills to motivate, develop, and engage teams; ✅ Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; ✅ Analytical mindset for evaluating indicators and making decisions; ✅ Organizational ability, proactivity, and capacity to manage multiple tasks.
