With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2,000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35,000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the cash register and serving customers in accordance with established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning items, collecting payments, performing cash withdrawals, closing the register, and reconciling daily transactions at the end of the shift. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellence in customer service at the cash register by following established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning/weighing products, consulting code tables, checking product labels, verifying weight on scales and system matching, processing payments, validating checks (including prior authorization and proper endorsement on the back), and verifying authenticity of cash; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and cash register closing, including counting cash, totaling amounts, signing documentation, and submitting it to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour cash box—thereby avoiding excessive exposed cash and ensuring accurate reconciliation; Contribute to achieving targets for current promotional campaigns by offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and reporting them to the Supervisor for appropriate action; Contribute to reducing checkout losses through preventive actions such as minimizing bag waste, preventing theft, promptly returning perishables, etc.; Maintain the workstation and equipment in perfect working and clean condition, and request bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist in packing goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Assist with related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand replenishment, pricing and expiry date verification of goods, gift packaging, etc.; Requirements **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Rua Hermann Tribess, 1026 \- Tribess, Blumenau \- SC, 89057\-300 **Work Schedule:** PART-TIME, WEEKENDS ONLY, 3:00 PM–6:00 PM, 6:15 PM–9:15 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Discount Program (Group Stores) Life Insurance * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
