**Professional profile we seek** * Degree in Social Work, with active registration at CRESS * Prior experience in apprenticeship programs focused on adolescents and young people, preferably in an institutional context * Ability to work closely with operations, including organizing appointments, maintaining records, and continuously monitoring young people * Skill in mediating sensitive situations involving young people, families, and partner companies, with technical competence and impartiality * Experience or familiarity with institutional demands and requirements related to the Apprenticeship Law, including organizing evidence and supporting audits/notices * Organized profile, with autonomy to structure routines and manage multiple simultaneous tasks * Professional demeanor compatible with institutional environments, demonstrating responsibility, discretion, and a sense of priority. **Main responsibilities** * Social monitoring of apprentices * Conducting individual and/or group sessions * Identification of vulnerability situations * Support regarding family, school, and behavioral issues * Contact with families, schools, and the social assistance network, when necessary * Referral and follow-up of cases * Mediation and support for the program * Support in managing conflicts among young people, companies, and institutions * Preventive actions to reduce dropout and termination rates * Support for legal and institutional compliance * Organization and monitoring of apprenticeship-related requirements * Ensuring documentation and evidence of conducted follow-ups * Support in preparing for audits, notices, and requests from the Ministry of Labor * Interdisciplinary collaboration and support in structuring the program * Integrated work with the pedagogical team and coordination * Support in developing workflows, routines, and socioeducational activities Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
