Development of long-term customer relationships We are seeking a **Sales Assistant** to work in the internal sales area, directly contributing to customer relationship management and the company’s commercial growth. We seek a communicative, organized, and results-oriented professional who enjoys customer service, negotiation, opportunity tracking, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities * Conduct proactive and responsive customer service via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Present products, clarify doubts, and guide customers on technical features and applications; * Prepare quotations and send commercial proposals; * Track orders until sale completion and product delivery; * Update the system with customer information, orders, and service history; * Perform follow\-up on commercial proposals; * Develop relationships with active customers and implement account reactivation initiatives; * Prospect new customers via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Participate in commercial meetings and visits, as required; * Monitor sales targets and performance indicators; * Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement of products, services, and processes. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Experience in customer service and internal sales; * Experience handling customer interactions via phone, WhatsApp, and e\-mail; * Basic computer skills; * Familiarity with CRM systems or commercial management software.
