Requirements: Degree in Administration, Agricultural Engineering, Production, or related fields Knowledge of or affinity with the vegetable industry Strong communication and people management skills Proficiency in Excel * Class B driver's license required Main responsibilities: Management of nursery operations Monitoring of seedling production and development Irrigation, fertigation, and pesticide application control Production flow planning and dispatch logistics Technical visits and customer support Process management, quality control, and operational organization We seek an analytical, proactive, organized individual who enjoys working both in the field and in operational management.
