**What are we looking for?** **Key Responsibilities:** Define best development practices; Develop, code, and test systems in the language, working across both Front-End and Back-End development projects; Implement complex features; Propose technological improvements to systems. Monitor adherence to best software development practices. Validate the existing test coverage in projects; Validate new application features; Monitor application system performance; Propose technological improvements to systems; Anticipate opportunities and issues proactively, acting swiftly and effectively by implementing preventive solutions; Support junior developers and contribute to project decision-making; Maintain systems by making necessary modifications to meet user requirements; Perform program assembly, debugging, and testing tasks, providing maintenance services for already-developed programs. **Requirements:** Develop and maintain scalable, high-performance RESTful APIs using Ruby on Rails. Design, implement, and optimize relational databases. Identify and resolve performance and scalability bottlenecks. Implement unit and integration tests. Participate in agile development, code reviews, and continuous delivery. Document APIs and share knowledge with the team. Experience with Ruby, Rails, SQL, and relational databases. Experience in developing and operating REST APIs. Knowledge of scalability, performance, and application security.
