Our focus is on performing technical and intelligent drilling, always prioritizing safety and sustainability in the use of mineral resources. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for operating crawler tractors and backhoes, using appropriate attachments to open drill pads, trenches, dikes, earthworks, and road repairs, according to demands from operational fronts. * Verify vehicle functionality prior to commencing activities using a standardized checklist, aiming for safe transportation. * Operate crawler tractors and backhoes, interpreting information on the control panel to execute maneuvers and perform scheduled tasks. * Carry out operations related to drill pads, excavation of drainage trenches, dikes, earthworks, and road repairs to facilitate vehicle access to operational fronts, while paying attention to environmental preservation and conservation. * Drive vehicles transporting team personnel between accommodations and construction sites, and vice versa. * Drive trucks and pickup trucks transporting water, supplies, and materials to support operational fronts. * Refuel the vehicle at company-approved gas stations as per requisition. **Requirements:** * Primary education; * Brazilian Driver's License Category D; * Training course in heavy machinery operation; * Experience in the field. **Benefits:** * Career development plan; * Productivity bonus; * Meal allowance: R$835.00; * Meals fully covered by the Company (breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner); * Transportation; * Co-payment medical assistance; * Dental assistance; * Life insurance**;** * Wellhub; * Profit-sharing program (PLR). **Time-off system:** 90 days → 10 days off, or 60 days → 10 days off. **Location:** Full availability for travel and accommodation.
