CCTV-Based Incident Investigation **Requirements:** Completed high school education or currently pursuing higher education; Solid knowledge of asset protection and loss prevention. Knowledge of e-commerce and its implications for logistics. Experience in Security/Loss Prevention and CCTV operations is desirable. Availability to work in Itaitinga on a 5\*2 schedule, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Responsibilities:** Analyze data across multiple platforms and logistics systems, managing KPIs for Loss Prevention and Security management. Analyze reports on operational failures and reverse logistics, presenting findings to Loss Prevention/Security Management and Operational Management. Conduct CCTV investigations promptly and meticulously. Monitor and analyze operational metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Determine root causes of issues using company-provided methodologies and tools, supporting investigations. Track Loss Prevention area indicators or dashboards with support from the Security team. Collaborate and participate in meetings between Operations and Inventory teams, monitoring warehouse breakage. Ensure compliance with work instructions impacting loss prevention processes.
