Join us and be part of a team that is always at the forefront with cutting-edge technology and constant innovation. **Your Daily Menu** ----------------------- * Lead a squad responsible for leadership development programs and sustaining the iFood Leader journey * Plan and operationalize leadership and people indicator assessments, generating actionable reports * Correlate people metrics with business outcomes and present insights to stakeholders * Design and implement change and career development plans in Y * Automate and productize learning and sustainability journeys, integrating AI solutions where applicable * Curate content and structure learning paths for different leadership levels * Define follow-up rituals and maintain alignment with Technology, Product, and People teams **Ingredients We’re Looking For** ----------------------------- * Ingredients We’re Looking For: * AI-First mindset and appetite for continuous learning in artificial intelligence * Ability to make data-driven decisions and communicate analyses clearly to diverse audiences * Skill in leading and developing people—including giving feedback, delegating, and structuring career plans * Familiarity with change management and guiding adoption journeys * Autonomy and owner mindset to prioritize initiatives with an 80/20 impact focus * Effective communication to align stakeholders and mediate conflicts * Agility to experiment, iterate, and learn quickly * To Enhance the Flavor: * Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content management platforms * Knowledge of process automation and low-code tools for journey productization * Knowledge of change management methodologies * Familiarity with agile methodologies and product practices **About Us** ------------- At iFood, we believe diversity drives \#Innovation and delivers \#AmazingResults.
