Key Responsibilities: * Control access for residents, visitors, and service providers; * Conduct patrols and monitor the condominium’s common areas; * Record relevant incidents and movements during shifts; * Act preventively to ensure environmental security and tranquility. Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Strong communication skills, professional demeanor, and sense of responsibility. Work Schedule: * Rotating shift (5 days on, 1 day off); * Working hours: 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
