Your primary mission is not to close deals but to sell the next step in the process: the diagnostic meeting. Your Responsibilities: \* Lead Qualification: Conduct initial contact (Inbound) to filter companies matching our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). \* Active Prospecting: Use channels such as phone, WhatsApp, and email to engage decision-makers and overcome objections. \* Pipeline Management: Maintain the CRM rigorously updated, ensuring continuous information flow. \* Strategic Scheduling: Hand off to Closers with all contextual data required for successful deal closure. \* Results Orientation: Achieve daily activity targets and monthly converted meeting scheduling goals. Requirements and Qualifications: \* Assertive Communication: Ability to listen actively and articulate solutions clearly. \* Resilience and Discipline: Follow processes and scripts while maintaining high energy, even amid rejections. \* Growth Mindset: Desire to master high-performance methodologies and advance in your commercial career. \* Preferred: Prior experience with CRM tools and knowledge of digital marketing or solar energy.
