**About the Role:**
Alumar is seeking a **Refinery Operator** to work at its **São Luís/MA** facility. The professional will be responsible for routine refinery operations in the Digestion area, in accordance with Safety, Environmental, and Quality standards.
**Key Responsibilities Include:**
* Maintain organization, cleanliness, and preservation of the operational area;
* Operate valves, use hand tools, wash areas, and perform pump shift maneuvers;
* Execute equipment shutdowns, collect condensate samples, and conduct operational analyses;
* Follow operational routes and maintain 5S standards in the work area;
* Perform housekeeping tasks and prepare shift reports;
* Ensure safety, reliability, and efficiency of operations by following established procedures;
* Strictly adhere to safety regulations, using Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), observing warnings, signs, and markings, and complying with procedures and regulatory instructions to safeguard individual and collective physical integrity;
* Work collaboratively with the team, maintaining a proactive attitude and clear, effective communication to ensure optimal operational performance.

* Education: Completed High School;
* Required: Participation in any Alumar Operator Training Program and/or experience in the refinery area;
