If this aspiration also resonates with you, join the AFIP team!** **\#JoinAFIP** Responsibilities and duties: **Responsibilities and Duties** * Register and enroll patients/customers in the system, ensuring data verification and updates; * Process payments via various methods, issue receipts, and manage cash control; * Provide proactive and responsive telephone support—delivering information, scheduling appointments, and routing requests; * Deliver humane, agile, and efficient in-person service; * Interface with health insurance providers—including authorization requests, coverage verification, and resolution of pending issues; * Maintain communication with internal departments to ensure accurate information flow and operational support. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Prior experience in customer service (preferably in healthcare); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
