**Responsibilities**: * Plan, lead, and control strategic procurement processes * Conduct market analysis, supplier mapping, and development * Lead advanced negotiations to secure optimal commercial terms * Manage supply contracts, ensuring compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality * Develop and maintain relationships with strategic suppliers * Analyze departmental performance indicators and propose improvements * Provide technical support to the team in negotiations and decision-making * Collaborate closely with departments such as production, logistics, and finance * Monitor market trends, risks, and impacts on the supply chain **Requirements**: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, or related fields * **Proven experience in strategic procurement and supplier management** * **Experience with electrical materials, photovoltaic products, construction projects, and building materials** * Advanced hands-on experience in negotiation and contract management * Knowledge of ERP systems * Analytical and strategic profile with strong negotiation skills * Preferred qualifications: Experience with import processes Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$4\.500,00 \- R$5\.250,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Food allowance * Transportation allowance Screening question(s): * Do you reside in Eusébio or nearby?
