Join us! **Responsibilities:** * Issue electronic invoices (NF\-e) * Schedule deliveries with B2B clients * Monitor orders and delivery deadlines * Provide commercial team support via WhatsApp and other channels * Handle logistics incidents (delays, refusals, redeliveries) * Prepare and update delivery reports * Serve as the liaison between carriers and clients for operational alignment **Requirements:** High school diploma completed (a college degree is considered a plus) Prior experience in administrative and/or logistics routines Basic knowledge of electronic invoice issuance Strong communication and organizational skills Agility in problem-solving **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Bling) Experience working with B2B clients Knowledge of transportation and logistics routines **Desired Profile:** Proactivity Sense of urgency Strong interpersonal communication Organization Teamwork **Benefits:** Fixed salary ️ Meal allowance Corporate laptop Health insurance (available after the 3rd month) ️‍ ️ Wellhub – Silver Plan Education allowance (available after the 4th month) **Work Location:** São Paulo – SP (Hybrid \- Pinheiros). **Location****Employment Type****Work Model** São Paulo, SP, BR CLT (Permanent Employment) Hybrid
