Responsibilities and Duties Plan, organize, and supervise all nursing team activities; Develop and implement the nursing care plan based on the Nursing Care Systematization (SAE); Perform high-complexity tasks reserved exclusively for Nurses; Monitor nursing records daily, ensuring accuracy and timeliness; Forecast and supply materials and equipment, verifying their proper use and maintaining them appropriately; Deliver in-service education and participate in training and continuing education activities; Manage and mediate potential conflicts, negotiating solutions or making decisions to ensure the well-being and smooth operation of the unit and/or department; Carry out tasks described in Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other duties inherent to the position.
