Position: Multiskill Operator – Banco do Brasil Customer Service Work Location: QNM 12, Via 12, Lot 8 – Ceilândia/DF Important: This position is 100% on-site. We do not offer hybrid or remote work arrangements for this role. Main Responsibilities: Client service and relationship management; Debt negotiation and regularization; Service delivery through physical and digital channels; Technical and operational support; Registration and follow-up of requests. Working Hours – Afternoon Shift: Monday to Friday: 2:00 PM to 8:20 PM Saturday: 7:40 AM to 2:00 PM Requirements: Completed high school education; Minimum age of 18 years; No prior experience required.
