Warehouse management We are seeking a **Logistics Assistant** to manage and organize spare parts and materials inventory, directly supporting fleet maintenance and freight carrier operations. **Main Responsibilities** * Record incoming and outgoing spare parts, materials, and supplies in the system * Organize and manage warehouse inventory * Pick and prepare spare parts for fleet maintenance * Register and track Service Orders (SO) * Verify and record incoming invoices * Assist with physical and system-based inventory audits * Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder point inventory levels * Issue and track purchase orders * Comply with internal policies and procedures **Requirements** * Completed high school education * Experience in logistics, inventory, or warehouse operations * Basic computer and inventory management system knowledge * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Salary: R$1\.900,00 \- R$2\.400,00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
