Customer Service Intern We are looking for a communicative, organized, and eager-to-learn intern to work in the Customer Service area. The intern will assist in customer support, clarify inquiries, track requests, and support daily customer service operations—always prioritizing quality and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities * Assist customers via WhatsApp and telephone. * Clarify questions regarding products and services; * Record information and track requests; * Support the organization of customer interactions and order follow-up; * Route requests to responsible departments when necessary; * Contribute to improving the customer experience. Requirements * Currently enrolled in high school (night shift). * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Basic computer and Microsoft Office knowledge; * Organizational skills, proactivity, and eagerness to learn; * Ability to work effectively in a team. Preferred Qualifications * Prior experience in public-facing customer service; * Familiarity with customer service tools.
