Financial Coordinator

Description

The Finance Department is responsible for ensuring the company’s financial health, acting strategically in treasury management, cash flow management, and financial planning (FP\&A). The professional will serve as the link between treasury execution and strategic financial vision, contributing to result predictability, analytical support, and business decision-making, while ensuring liquidity, financial efficiency, and operational control. **Key Responsibilities:** * Integrate treasury and FP\&A management activities; * Manage forecasted and actual cash flow, ensuring financial control and predictability; * Monitor company liquidity and optimize cash position; * Control financial debt and financial operations; * Align cash flow projections with the company’s financial planning; * Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic initiatives; * Prepare managerial reports and financial analyses for decision-making; * Support decisions related to funding, investments, and capital allocation; * Monitor delinquency, accounts receivable aging, and DSO performance; * Manage credit approval and implement credit and collection policies; * Coordinate renegotiations and extensions with the commercial team; * Interface with finance departments, business units, and banking institutions; * Lead and develop the finance team, ensuring process organization and efficiency; * Drive systemic improvements and optimization of finance processes.
