We have an opening for you to become a Select One Specialist, where you will be career-pathed and become the primary subject-matter expert in your area. In this role, you will: • Support customers at the beginning of their Select journey, with monthly income ranging from R$7,000.00 to R$15,000.00 or investments between R$100,000.00 and R$300,000.00, delivering a premium digital experience focused on convenience, efficiency, and human proximity in a remote environment. • Manage up to 1,500 clients under this model. Key Responsibilities: • Engage and serve customers 100% digitally (chat/video/app); • Keep Select portfolio clients updated on segment benefits and differentiators; • Conduct consultative sales of low-complexity products in credit, investments, and insurance; • Collect and update client data; • Resolve requests remotely; • Maintain familiarity with digital solutions, especially within the Santander ecosystem.
