You will be responsible for ensuring daily operations run efficiently and actively contributing to sales and performance strategies. **Key Responsibilities** * List, update, and optimize products on marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magalu, Amazon, etc.); * Monitor performance metrics (sales, margin, traffic, conversion, etc.); * Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns and advertisements; * Support the team in order management, delivery timelines, and customer communication; * Create performance tracking reports and propose improvements; * Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer support teams. **Requirements** * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Basic proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; * Analytical mindset, curiosity, and eagerness to learn. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience with marketplaces or e\-commerce platforms; * Familiarity with tools such as Tiny, Bling, Olist, or similar; * Use of Notion as a task management tool. **Why Join Us** Beyond benefits and bonuses, you’ll find a dynamic, collaborative environment full of growth opportunities.
