The Group has over 19,000 direct employees and more than 4,000 stores across 1,780 Brazilian cities.* Join us in creating beauty! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Write and test code incrementally, agilely, and with thorough documentation; * Conduct excellent code reviews and support colleagues in challenging design decisions; * Test, deploy, and monitor your code in production — continuously; * Develop new tools to assist and optimize the entire team’s work; * Collaborate with peers from other areas to evolve our ecosystem; * Work on strategic projects of the Boticário Group; * Maintain our payment platform by identifying problems, root causes, and impacts; * Evolve and jointly decide—with the team—the future of our payment platform. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience designing, implementing, and deploying software solutions into production; * Proficiency in Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot; * Knowledge of Kafka; * Interest in and understanding of data structures; * Experience with microservices; * Experience with monitoring and logging; * Experience with scheduled tasks; * Knowledge of REST and event-driven architecture; * Experience with unit and integration testing; * Critical perspective on performance and security; * Strong software quality mindset, systems evolution, problem decomposition, and abstraction; * High capacity to learn new practices, technologies, programming languages, and engineering cultures; * Proficiency in Git or another collaborative version control system; * Ability to conduct root cause analysis for software issues; * Experience with load testing; * Ability to mediate conflicts and help refine user stories; * Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases. **Desirable:** * Experience with payment methods or banking. **Additional Information** **OUR BENEFITS** We’ve already mentioned that the Boticário Group is the **best** and **largest** beauty ecosystem, right?
