We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive professional to work as an **Attendant**, directly contributing to the customer service workflow and execution of company services. **Main responsibilities:** * Provide telephone and digital channel support to customers, insurance companies, and drivers * Schedule and monitor towing services * Support the company's internal system and issue service orders (O.S) * Open and monitor requests with insurance companies * Maintain constant communication with drivers to align operations * Issue invoices and assist with daily routines **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Agility and ability to handle multiple demands * Basic computer knowledge * Experience in customer service and operational routines is a plus Job type: Full-time, CLT permanent position Salary: Starting from R$1\.958,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work location: On-site
