Operational Assistant – Mauá, SP **Department:** Logistics and Transportation **Work Location:** On-site – Jardim Sônia Maria neighborhood, Mauá \- SP (Near Rua da União) **Employment Type:** CLT (Permanent) **Available Shifts:** Monday to Friday. Open positions for two shifts: * **Day Shift:** 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM * **Night Shift:** 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM Job Description A company in the transportation and logistics solutions sector is seeking an **Operational Assistant** to work internally in the dispatch office. The professional will serve as the primary support point for the field team, ensuring documentation accuracy and providing immediate assistance to drivers in resolving any unforeseen issues during routes. Responsibilities and Duties * Work directly in the dispatch office (operational). * Read invoices and issue CTRC (Road Cargo Transport Receipt). * Generate delivery lists, issue cargo manifests, and coordinate pickups. * Monitor vehicles in real time on the road and track their returns. * Resolve delivery-related issues promptly (e.g., negotiating delivery time slots at shopping malls or obtaining missing information such as building and apartment numbers for e\-commerce customers). * Serve as a direct liaison with shippers to resolve pending matters, ensuring drivers are not delayed or left waiting excessively at delivery locations. * Authorize driver release if waiting time exceeds the agreed limit without customer response. Requirements * Completed high school education. * Proven practical experience reading invoices and issuing CTRC. * Prior experience in dispatch operations, including generating manifests and delivery lists. * Excellent communication skills and dynamism to actively support field personnel. * Agility to act as a liaison between drivers, shippers (senders), and final recipients. Compensation and Benefits * **Salary:** R$ 2\.120,00 * Meal Allowance: R$ 32.00 per day * Basic Food Basket: R$ 90.00 per month * Transportation Allowance (to be arranged) Payment: R$2\.120,00 per month Work Location: On-site
