Bring your talent and commitment, and join this team! **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your main challenges as a Course Coordinator II are:** * Support our students in achieving their goals by building strong relationships, encouraging them to approach you whenever needed to resolve issues related to daily academic life — such as course selection, concerns or complaints about faculty, or other requests and demands that may arise — thereby helping students meet their educational and career objectives and reinforcing our brand. * Collaborate closely with faculty members with dedication and focus to continuously improve the teaching process, providing all necessary guidance to help them meet academic goals and deadlines, encouraging participation in institutional training programs, and offering them a competitive advantage perceived by our students — thus contributing to constant improvement in academic quality. Additionally, you will partner with the Academic Course Coordinator to hire and dismiss faculty members, evaluate performance, and provide candid feedback to support their professional development. * Ensure adherence to academic process deadlines, including course offerings published on the portal, experiential program activities, submission of internship documentation, and final course project deliverables. You must also supervise research activities (if applicable) and leveling activities. * Collaborate with advisory bodies to develop or update the Course Pedagogical Project, building a high-quality project to guarantee our students the best possible teaching standards. * Receive MEC commissions for authorization, recognition, and renewal processes, striving to achieve top scores in these evaluations. You will also be responsible for providing information required to complete MEC evaluation forms and INEP’s School Census. **Requirements and Qualifications** **We seek a professional with:** * Preferred: Prior knowledge and experience in the academic field. * Minimum: Master’s degree and prior experience in the field. **Additional Information** 20 HOURS PER WEEK We believe in the excellence of our education and therefore value graduates from our institutions in our selection processes.
