Medical record and service report management NURSING ASSISTANT * Provide humanized care to students and staff, following all medical instructions and adhering strictly to the school's ethical values and principles; * Administer medication to students according to medical prescriptions; * Provide initial care to students referred to the hospital; * Accurately complete student medical records in the electronic system; * Organize student service reports; * Initiate an incident protocol (Porto Seguro) in case of accidents. * Medication: only with a medical prescription submitted together with the medication or via the agenda. Attach the label to the medication and hand it to the teacher, and set a reminder for the scheduled time. * Accident: contact parents immediately to inform them; in case of serious incidents, contact Porto Seguro for student care. The incident protocol number must be communicated to the parents, and parents must be requested to provide the medical report (if required, submission of the report is mandatory).
