Selection process involving curriculum review and teaching-pedagogical evaluations **JOB DESCRIPTION** UNAMA Rio Branco, located at Floresta, 2320, Rooms 0114 A/25, Via Verde Shopping, Floresta Sul, Rio Branco \- AC, hereby announces that applications are open for its faculty selection process aimed at filling teaching positions. **Requirements:** Candidates must possess: a bachelor's degree from a higher education institution; and a doctoral, master's, or specialist degree. **Programs:** The following programs are available for faculty selection: * LAW * NURSING * PHARMACY * PSYCHOLOGY * DENTISTRY **Selection Process:** Curriculum Lattes evaluation will be eliminatory, considering: a) Academic background; b) Scientific, technological, artistic, or cultural output; c) Professional development; d) Teaching experience. The selection process will further include: I) A written examination on a relevant topic related to the subject matter, comprising one question addressing general knowledge and two questions addressing specific knowledge; II) A teaching-pedagogical evaluation consisting of a 20-minute expository lecture. For this evaluation, candidates will be informed in advance of the specific topics drawn randomly from the course syllabus. Both the teaching-pedagogical examination and the interview are merit-based. Only candidates who meet the minimum requirements established during the Curriculum Lattes evaluation will proceed to this phase, following the interview.
