Participation in continuous training and meetings **CLASSROOM ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** General Information: Responsibilities: Assist the classroom educator in activities with children, focusing on care and education. Supervise, guide, and support children’s personal hygiene, respecting age groups and following the Health Project guidelines. Supervise children’s meals, fostering a calm and welcoming environment. Ensure and guide children regarding care for their personal and collective belongings. Organize and guide children on caring for the physical space of the classroom. Take responsibility for and manage the classroom in the educator’s absence, ensuring continuity of planned activities. Accompany children during external school activities related to the curriculum plan. Observe children’s developmental progress and share observations with the classroom teacher. Assume responsibility for planning a sequence of activities or a project. Submit all medications brought from home to the nursing technician for administration to children. Attach notices to the child’s agenda.
