Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and controlling materials and products in the warehouse and inventory. \- Place purchase orders, monitor third-party services, verify parts compliance, and request invoices; \- Deliver materials according to internal demand, record information in the system, file completed service orders, and maintain an organized workplace; \- Receive, inspect, and store products and materials in the warehouse and inventory; \- Place purchase orders and request management approval; \- Inspect repaired parts upon receipt to ensure compliance with service orders; \- Maintain contact with service providers, monitoring deadlines and deliveries; \- Request invoices and forward them to the billing department; \- Review internal material requests and deliver materials according to requester demand; \- Enter completed service orders into the internal system and file them; \- Keep the workplace clean and organized. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School Education Basic Microsoft Office proficiency **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Good Storage Practices Basic knowledge of inventory organization and control **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Benefits:** --------------- Internal products with discounts Wellhub (Gympass) Transportation Allowance On-site Cafeteria Attendance Bonus Dental Plan **Work Location:** ---------------------- RIO BONITO\-RJ
