If you identify with an innovative environment offering continuous challenges, join our team. **PSYCHOLOGIST (RECIFE\-PE)** Main Responsibilities: Support the company's Mission, Vision, and Values by understanding and implementing them in daily work routines, aiming to enhance service quality, socio-environmental respect, empathy, care, and ethics toward patients and staff; Comply with safety regulations and meet established criteria set by the Occupational Safety Team; Follow departmental operational procedures to ensure effective execution and standardization of routine activities; Provide care in outpatient clinics and hospital wards to patients, family members, and companions; Psychological interviews; Screening of new patients prior to surgery; Psychological assessment; Support during the grieving process; Outpatient psychotherapy;
