Job Summary: The Nutrition Technician will assist in developing menus and technical sheets, monitor food hygiene and handling, culinary procedures, and meal distribution, and contribute to the continuous improvement of the area. Recognized as one of Brazil’s Best NGOs, we stand out for transparency, compliance, and recognition by Great Place to Work (GPTW), certifying us as one of the best workplaces in Paraná and among the top 15 institutions in the third sector nationwide. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES** * Assist in menu development. · Assist in technical sheet development. * Observe and monitor food hygiene and handling. * Monitor culinary procedures. · Conduct training for kitchen staff. * Monitor food portioning, transportation, and meal distribution. * Monitor internal departmental processes and routines. * Analyze and propose continuous improvement suggestions for optimal area development. * Collaborate in developing the Good Practices Manual for Food and Nutrition Units (FNU) and related procedures. * Implement and monitor biosafety practices and norms. * Participate in food education programs. * Perform temperature monitoring. * Monitor meal service for staff. * Monitor processes and procedures directed at the Produce Department. * Monitor processes and procedures directed at the Bakery Department. · Monitor preparation of products for beneficiaries according to the menu and organizational availability. · Monitor appropriate storage of donated products for the department—including savory snacks, breads, and confectionery items—ensuring suitability for consumption and compliance with expiration dates. · Monitor department organization during and after processes—including utensil sanitation and other necessary measures. · Ensure proper custody, conservation, maintenance, cleaning of equipment, instruments, and materials used, as well as the workplace itself. · Perform other related tasks as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. · Availability to work at events. **JOB REQUIREMENTS** · Prior experience in the field is desirable. · Completed High School education. · Active and valid registration with the Regional Nutrition Council (CRN) as a Nutrition Technician. **SCHEDULE, COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS** · Compensation: R$2.147,00 – CLT employment contract; · Transportation allowance or free parking (if opting to use a car); · Meal allowance: R$555.00; · On-site meals; · Hazard pay; · Gympass; · Pharmacy allowance; · Study incentive; · Growth opportunities; · Birthday day off; · Schedule: Monday to Friday, 12 p.m. to 8 p.m.; Saturday, 12 p.m. to 5:15 p.m. *Position also open to Persons with Disabilities — The Pequeno Cotolengo Health Complex is an equal opportunity employer.
