To maintain this standard of excellence, we are seeking a committed Mechanic who values safety, quality, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective mechanical maintenance on company vehicles. * Replace components in diesel/conventional (mechanical) and electric engines. * Perform all types of services related to suspension, brakes, steering, rear axles, and front axles. * Replace transmission systems such as clutch, gearbox, driveshaft, and differentials, as specified in work orders. * Assist in engine/assembly replacement or reinstallation. * Replace parts in injection, cooling, and lubrication systems, as specified in work orders. * Provide roadside assistance to vehicles experiencing breakdowns during trips, upon authorization by the responsible person, when necessary. **Requirements:** High school diploma; Knowledge of Basic Mechanics, brakes, suspension, and engines (heavy vehicles); Knowledge of Basic Electrical Systems (heavy vehicles); **Benefits:** Competitive salary commensurate with the position; Work schedule: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:48 PM — 1h30 lunch break (6x1 rotating shift); Unimed health plan (Hospital or Outpatient coverage); Alelo Food Card and Alelo Meal Card; Life insurance; Transportation allowance; SEST/SENAT agreement (dental, psychological, and physical therapy services; online courses; among others); Access to Ouro e Prata Corporate University (for continuous updates across various areas); Partnership with higher education institutions (extended to spouse and children); Opportunity for growth.
