Logistics Assistant - Night Shift

**If you are interested in working from Monday to Friday, this position is for you!** **NIGHT SHIFT POSITIONS** * 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM (Monday to Wednesday) and 7:00 PM to 2:30 AM (Thursday and Friday) **Required Qualifications:** * Completed elementary education (with certificate). **Job Responsibilities:** * Assist in all merchandise movement processes at the distribution center (DC) and throughout the company, ensuring compliance with established standards of organization, procedures, deadlines, and quality; * Assist in unloading merchandise upon receipt, removing pallets/products from trucks, using either an electric or manual pallet jack as needed, and then sorting, organizing, and placing them in the inspection area; * Store received products correctly and systematically in their designated locations, confirming each action via handheld data collector; * Replenish warehouse stock using pick lists and confirmations on the handheld data collector; * Pick merchandise using maps or labels, organizing items into boxes/pallets, and subsequently delivering sorted items to the inspection area; * Perform organized label-based picking, building pallets with visible merchandise and labels positioned adjacent to barcodes; * Conduct system queries regarding products via screen or handheld data collector to maintain organization, resolve doubts, and address issues; * Perform internal audits and physical counts using lists to ensure accurate inventory levels and prevent errors or rework; * Remain attentive to all processes, promptly respond to supervisors’ requests, and always be available to assist as needed; * Transport inspected loads to the loading area, using an electric pallet jack if required; * Assist the inspector during the inspection process when necessary; * Help customers load vehicles by organizing products to expedite delivery; * Pick products for assembling basic food baskets, cafeteria supplies, and administrative supplies—retrieving items from inventory and delivering them to requested locations—and also assist in assembling basic food baskets; * Assist in warehouse organization and in reworking damaged goods. **Benefits:** * On-site restaurant; * Commuter bus service or transportation allowance; * Basic food basket; * Productivity bonus; * Dental assistance (optional).
